After completing Construction Fundamentals (such as construction math, tool safety and job site safety), the course then moves into curricuum for the PLumbing trade and covers plumbing theory, code, pipe fittings, drain, waste and vent (DWV) systems and water distribution systems. It includes hands-on experience and about aspects of plumbing systems for commerical, industrial and residential buildings. Participants obtain their OSHA 10 certification during the program, and assistance is provided to obtain their Plumber’s Apprentice License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration (TDLR).
Past graduates have begun their careers at companies such as Coppera Plumbing.
